Our story
MyOsteopathy was founded by Mark Hutton, an osteopath who experienced first-hand the challenges of running a small healthcare practice.
As a self-employed practitioner, Mark quickly realised that most practice management software wasn't designed for the realities of osteopathic practice. While many systems handled administration such as bookings, payments and invoices, they offered very little support for the structured clinical care and business management that independent practitioners rely on every day. Making these systems truly useful often required costly integrations and workarounds.
Rather than adapting clinical practice to fit generic software, the idea behind MyOsteopathy was simple: build a platform designed specifically for osteopaths. Today, MyOsteopathy brings together structured patient care, practice management and business growth in one organised platform, helping osteopaths to build sustainable businesses while staying focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

The friendly voice behind many of the conversations with our users. Helen loves helping people and is known for her positive energy and warm personality. Outside the office she has a soft spot for animals, and it’s not unusual for a rescued hedgehog to appear in the office.
